Love these i always have problems when it comes with movements. I find that taking 3 or 4 capsules work best for me with no stomach issues. I love the fact that they are natural and I have been taking these for 4 years. Other brands such as stool softeners or constipation relief supplements never worked for me they always left me in pain and messy lol.

My 3 year old son has constipation issues after he stopped using diapers. We've used exlax, Miralax, suppository, enemas, fiber gummies all of these gave him cramps, stomach ache, and vomiting. He ended up in the hospital after we had spent the weekend at Disney and gave him an enema because he hadn't pooped in 5 days. Enema caused vomiting and dehydration and beginning stages of kidney failure. After seeing the GI specialist he advised we should change his diet and use Miralax. We've used Miralax before and my son screams in pain, we can't leave the house because he runs to the potty every five minutes, and he has accident in his pants. It says on the bottle not to use more than seven days in a row. I would only recommend it maybe 2 - 3 days out of the week at most. It works really well, maybe too well so take precaution. For constipation or slow digestion it is excellent, but as Hippocrates said, "All things in moderation." Even water can be toxic if you glut yourself. So yes, it is an excellent product to clean out your bowels, but even with your car it is not recommended to change your oil more than once every three thousand miles. Using this is like changing the oil in your car. It cleans you out, but you don't need to do that every day.

This is a great herbal formula. It's best to use now and then. I would not recommend it daily unless you had a serious situation with constipation.
