Great cookbook and great price
So far I have really enjoyed this cookbook. The recipes are pretty simple and delicious. I also like that they are healthy and gluten free recipes. One of my favorites was the cobbler, I swapped out the peaches for strawberries. I ate it for breakfast and topped it off with cashew coconut yogurt 😋

Decent Cookbook
This book has some pretty great recipes for those looking for anti-inflammatory meals. Most of them are quite easy in my opinion, but some of the ingredients can be tricky to find. Overall, happy with the purchase!

Nice recipes not introductory AIP compliant
Nice healthy recipes but not for introductory AIP. Many recipes contain grains, eggs, beans and nightshades.

SO good!
I have owned this cookbook for 4 months now so I can truly say it is a winner! So far everything we've made has been a hit and I know the meals are so nourishing for our bodies, not to mention the ease of being crockpot meals. I make multiple meals from this book every week. Most used cook book I own, hands down.

Great recipe book for the anti-inflammatory diet. Pages have colored pictures. The book is made with great quality.

Easy and quick to put together recipes, that are satisfying and healthy! I do agree with some reviewers regarding cooking times being too long. Some ingredients are just not meant to be cooked for 7 to 8 hours (quinoa, ground meats). I adjusted my cooking times, but not a big deal. I look forward to making many of the recipes in this cook book! Nice illustrations through out.

Excellent recipes and good advice on healthy foods. I haven't cooked any yet but looking at the ingredients, I'm confident with my purchase.

Easy to follow recipes, instead of using the slow cooker I am using my 22l air fryer oven for faster cooking times. Throw everything into a pot cover and cook for 1-2 hours. I turn the oven timer on so I don’t have to watch the pots. Cook and go
