I am very happy with this. Heats up a large living room quickly. I love in a eco has that is freezing in winter ! Only have to use this for a short while. Going to get another for upstairs for next winter. Has saved me a fortune on using the electric oil heaters i had been using. I dropped a few stars as obviously it is quite heavy with a 15 k has bottle, but wheels work well.

I thought this would be easy to use. The other reviews all glow... so I expected this to glow with heat, too. The pilot light simply won't stay on. It sparks and lights for a fraction of a second... gas burns where the middle brick is situated... move the top switch and that goes out... right now, it's useless. I have another one of these, by a different provider, so it's not that I don't know how to work it... it's THE most frustrating thing to try and light. UPDATE 21/10/19 : Up from one star to three for now:::: Contacted the company for a refund/replacement - another one came to test the pilot light. That seems better but the thing turns itself off and the room goes cold. It wouldn't work turning down to only one section after being on three, so left it off for a while and managed to get it back on. It turned itself off again... looked on here and will test with a small window open to see if that keeps it on for longer as it has an "oxygen cut off" device fitted, somewhere - can't find out more about that anywhere but maybe that's why it did it. Will update again in a few days. If that clears it up, then I understand what's happening and why but more should be made of that - nearly asked for another one!! Will test a bit longer... when it works, it pumps it out, though... and I don't want to poison myself by accident - just a bit scared that once it's turned itself off, is it releasing gas or has it turned that off automatically... hmmm ...Anyone know? If it suddenly comes to life and decides to work properly, I'll happily edit this review but right now... gee-whizz! It looks good, that's all I can say thus far...

This heater is really good value for money and since the warmer weather is on its way its great for giving any room a wee boost of heat when the sun goes down, it heats the room really quickly

Brought to replace my mothers old one that had a damaged wheel, she is really pleased with it & says it throws out a lot more heat

Made from Very thin metal no chassis just bent tin. Light weight when empty, the regulator does not fit my full bottle of gas so had to buy a new one. Very,very difficult to light pilot and turn to first setting which just glows a dull pink turn all 3 flames and 2 and 3 flame get a good radiant red. I was a bit desperate to replace my old fire when bought this, may be I should've took a little more time on buying. This is very poor to light I think I must have wasted more gas trying to light it

Brilliant heat coming from appliance although it shuts itself off after been on for a while and can’t relight straight away. May be a safety feature of course but nothing stating so in instructions
