Worked perfectly on Dell 2748 switch
Everything you need is included - rack ears, screws, cage nuts, and mounting screws. Fit perfect and held fast, quality item, if you have a switch missing it's rack mount features, this works (on compatible systems, four screws, look at the template, in our case, the Dell 2748 it was a perfect fit).

Fits the unit as shown.....but bolts don't fit the Middle Atlantic rack
Hardware is well made and bolted to the Netgear switch well. When I went to mount the unit then to my Middle Atlantic rack, none of the bolts supplied works to bolt it to the rack itself.

Works great
Used on a Brocade ICX6450-24P. I knew these wouldn't immediately fit but they appeared to be one of the closest products out there without spending a ton on the Brocade rackmount kit. Had to drill out the holes to fit then used some washers to help secure it, but I expected that going into it.

Doesn't always fit
Did not fit my trendnet switch. Holes didn't align. So to say it fits all trendnet switches kinds isn't great.

Perfect fit fot Netgear GS418TPP
These rack ears fit my Netgear GS418TPP switch perfectly!

Perfect fit
Used these to mount my GS724TPv2 ProSAFE 24-Port Gigabit Smart Managed Switch. Does the job and fits perfectly in the standard rack. I mounted it in a vertical rack on the wall.

Be carefull, these are for 17" models
Screw holes are 1/2" apart. The shorter trendnet and netgear are 3/4" apart, these are 1/2" apart so they will not work. Lucky I have some 17" models I need mounts for in the rack. I was looking for something I could mount the shorter ones under a work bench.
