This is the most delicious curry ever. I'm not a big fan of too much heat and this curry is perfect. Amazing flavor and not too spicy. It is perfect for my curry vegetable dishes!

I'm always nervous about new spice mixes because you never know if they're going to be "right" or not. I've used the Morton and Bassett brand for Turmeric and Curry Powder before, so I hoped their Garam Masala would be a good one. It is. It's cumin-heavy instead of clove-heavy. It's got a kick, but it's a warm kick that builds--not a kick in the mouth kind of heat. The flavor mix is just perfect to me, and the aroma is really fantastic (and what you'd expect).
