I am familiar with Havells brand within electricals and my experience is that they are quite good at whatever they make and that's why I wanted to try their hair straightner. I purchased this particular model because of the titanium bit ( as plastic body at times gives a strong smell) and I noticed that this straightner has great features that matched with some of the very expensive brands in the market, and the price point was quite good. I have used other hair straightners before such as GK hair, Remington, Babyliss etc., most of them were quite expensive and I would say that the Havells straightener is quite at par with the expensive ones. I am quite impressed with the product.. It has different heat settings, and the plate quality is very decent.. when I ironed my hair, my hair did not get stuck or get pulled which I feel is a big plus because otherwise it damages the hair a lot. I have fine hair and with a medium heat setting I could get the hair straight without the need to make too many passes on the hair. The results were quite good. This straightner is sleek and could be used to even curl the hair.

Beware of the fake product, this product doesn't even have the logo of havells and the internal looks plastic and display is totally different

This Havells titanium plate hair straightener works like a pro.. just one good swipe on hair in enough. And it really does very very little damage compared to old ones who used to burn the hair. I am a newbie to self hair straightener and i could do my own below shoulder hair length in just 10mins.. which is fabulous i think.. Happy with my purchase. Only issue is that the metal body gets heated up really fast.. making difficult to hold with bare hands. I think company should provide some cover instead of one finger holder. But overall quite good product.

The product is nice,but the outer layer got heated so quickly that I burned my fingers.Although I have received the gloves, but don't feel that convinient to use especially while trying to curl my hair.Would expect that the outer part should be made from a more user friendly material. Also I feel temp. settings should start from below 155 degree which could be suitable for people with brittle hair to prevent from heat damage.

Delivery timing must better but Packing not good properly......
