HG furniture restorer light wood

Fantastic , easy to apply and works instantly . It made my light oak table look new again

It got rid of some light water spotting and slight white heat damage marks. Not a replacement for regular oiling but compliments it well.

Excellent made all the difference to the wood. Looks lovely.

It’s really good at renewing the wood and you can see the difference on wood with no damage. But it didn’t cover and cup rings or other stains on the wood and I was disappointed. It’s a clear liquid you just rub in, has a string smell so I suggest drying outside but can’t smell it once it’s dry.

Had some minor water marks on chairs this removed all the marks. Really good product. Make sure there is plenty of ventilation when using.

I bought this product for the two following reasons ( taken straight from their Product Page): 1. Marks left by glasses of water, alcohol and other compounds will no longer be visible in the wood 2. Surfaces that are grey, bleached or faded will regain their natural colours and scratches are camouflaged I followed the instructions to the letter and you can see in the pictures, the wine marks are still fully visible and the scratches are not very well camouflaged at all, in fact they now stand out more than they did before I started. I would not touch this stuff if you have a light Pine Coffee Table ( exactly what its designed for), as it doesnt work.

Our coffee table has been marked gradually over time with wet or damp cups which took the colour out of the surface. It was left with several white rings and drop like marks. I wanted to bring the look back for a long time but didn’t know what to do. I had contemplated rubbing the whole table top down to the wood with steel wool and rewaxing. I have used HG products before and love the foam mould remover for our bathroom mastic. Also used the upholstery spray that cleans our sofa and chairs a treat. So I found this wood stain remover and thought why not, I trust the brand. I used as directed, wiping the solution along the wood grain and the minor marks immediately looked better, the larger ones still very prominent. Left it overnight to dry and was amazed in the morning - the table looked like when it was new. I gave it a good buff with a clean duster and job was done. I would recommend 100%.

Great smell, it took a little longer than I thought but, the marks are off! Looks like new now.
