Packaged great! Delivered in good condition and on time .Best tasting lecithin granules in my opinion. I use them in a morning shake with OJ and flaxseed oil. Whipped until smooth. Tastes like a creamsicle.

One of the greatest products in the world.
Two tablespoons of this lecithin granules, in my coffee each morning has completely stopped and killed herpes and haven't had an outbreak since about the second week, I started it. Bad breakout right after starting it because I think they were running for their lives. But it killed them and they never have came back, and it's been 6 months since last breakout. People said this would kill them, and I believe it now. Not telling anyone else to do this, because I'm not a doctor just saying what I did, but it sure worked and I am. So thankful. They said it kills both kinds of herpes, and I don't know if they will allow me to post this, but I sure hope that they do so that it can help others. You have a great day.And a great rest of your life because there are cures for all things.You just have to look for them.
