which is the best rug padding to buy to use for rug on carpet

To stop creepage I used Interlaid Premium Rug & Mat Anti-Slip/Creep underlay.

Is there any chance that the carpet underneath the rug and anti slip will get damaged in any way? We are renting a house with expensive carpets.

The none slip mat will not damage your carpet! I took mine up to wash it when carpet cleaning and it washed great and the carpet underneath was still pristine! The mat has a tacky feel to it and works a treat . And is thin enough not to be seen ! Hope this helps !!!
