Q: Is this authentic products a not knock off? Is it guaranteed authentic?

I got a sample from birchbox that smelled better, had better consistency, and wasn't oily unlike the two bottles I bought from this site. I'd say it was definitely a knock off.

Q: Does this product smell like the conditioner?

No it smells good but not like a conditioner.

Q: Does this ever expire?

There is no expiration date on the bottle but I suspect that a clear oil would have a longer shelf life than other products.

Q: Is this a heat protectant oil?

I don’t know if it protects against a hot blow dryer or curling iron. I would think it depends on your type of hair. I have fine hair long. I apply after blow drying to the ends which guards against frizziness and makes my hair shiny and bouncy. That being said when I applied it on wet hair and tried to blow dry it I couldn’t get my vent brush through my hair. I use It’s a 10 before blow drying which works well and costs less. Hope that helps.
