Everything fit and is still working fine. If you are good with tools, it is an easy job. Watch a couple of YouTubes before trying. I suggest putting a little light grease or Moly oil on the shafts before installing as friction is why they wear out.

The set included everything as pictured. Quality was great and fitting to my Samsung dryer.

I have installed this twice now on my dryer. The first one lasted about 6 years and hopefully my newest one does the same. Rather easy to install following YouTube guide videos.

Brought this after hearing loud squeaking noise from my dryer. I figured that it would fail sooner or later. After three weeks the belt wheel broke off. Luckily I had purchased this kit in advance of my samsung dryer failing. After watching youtube videos I disassembled my dryer and added these parts. Worked like a charm. Took me over an hour to do it from start to finish. Not bad for a non-repair person. I was hesitant to purchase the kit at first not knowing the quality, but after comparing what came off the machine and what was sent they look almost identical. I hope it last long term. But for what I paid and the fact I saved a boatload installing it myself I think its a great value.

Installation isn’t complicated if you are generally handy. Plenty of videos on YouTube available for instructions on how to take apart a Samsung dryer without causing damage to it. The rollers in this kit do not come with nuts or washers. Beware, the nuts you have may not be threaded the same way! My original nuts were coarse threaded for metric size 10. They would not go on these rollers. A quick trip to the hardware store and four new fine threaded nuts later, job done. If you are replacing all 4 rollers, I highly recommend removing the rear bulkhead (large steel part the rear rollers are attached to.) from the dryer. Although it is possible to get to the nuts without doing so, whoever assembled my dryer torqued these down so much, that I couldn’t break them loose. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn’t notice any sort of “skunk” smell. The parts smell of rubber, plastic, machined steel and the lubricant with which the spindles are impregnated. Ie... normal. Update: 5 weeks later, no noise, no smell, all working as it should.

I may have bragged that I was an excellent washer repairman too much from one of my other Amazon parts adventures! My mom and dad, who are on retirement, got a quote to get their dryer fixed as the drum wasn’t turning. The quote came in at $240! My dad and I dove into the dryer without any hesitation. We are not experts by any means! My dad grabbed his screw gun and I with mine began unscrewing the top and front. The drum was intimidating, but actually just pulled right out! With the drum out it was easy to see that the belt was broken and 1 of the rollers was broken and another one bound up (lint culprit). I think it was a succession that led up to the multiple part failure and prevented the drum from turning correctly. With this parts package we were back in business. My only concern is the roller quality was identical but the roller bolts/bearings (included) were a size smaller than the OEM rollers. It says it’s an upgrade and went back together ok, but time will tell with the overall quality. We buttoned it back up and if I had to guess probably took about 1 1/2 hours for us novice guys to complete from start to finish. With the successful outcome of watching the drum come alive and a little help from YouTube...I would call this another success with a huge cost savings!

For anyone that is slightly mechanically inclined, this repair is not difficult with a short YouTube video. Installation is easy. The appearance of the replacement rollers initially seems decent and are a pretty similar match to OEM. However, these rollers are not the same quality as OEM despite any descriptions that may say otherwise. I purchased this set in February of 2021. They lasted approximately 4 years and 3 months before I began to hear signs of roller failure and I needed to buy a new set in June of 2025. I have had no issues with the belt pulley, pully spring, or the belt itself. If you have an older machine and you're trying to make it last, this may be a worthy investment as opposed to spending three to four times the amount on certified OEM rollers, but just understand you will likely be replacing them in about 3 to 4 years depending on how hard you use your machine. It is fair to note that I have four adults and pets living in the house, so our machine does get used pretty heavily. I'll attach a video so you can see how badly the rollers failed. It is also worthy to note that the original OEM rollers did not fail this terribly. They were simply making a horrible screeching noise, prompting me to replace them. The OEM roller bearings did not disintegrate in the same fashion that these replacements did.
