I have been using this product for last 6 months and it is working perfectly. Though I had to replace wire once in this period but overall a good product. When I bought it was around 2000 Rs, current price 3299 Rs is quite high and 60 % price rise in six month is not justified.

Product is good and working fine. Build quality is good, high-quality buttons and materials used for wires and electrodes is soft rubber. Wires are long enough to reach all body parts while sleeping and sitting. I have received User Manual xerox. It can be printed on paper instead of xerox but that's fine. I have operated all functions and all are good. Electrodes are not adhesive even after gel so I will suggest purchase paper tap so it will not falloff.

I had to give it to a patient who needs muscle rehabilitation but it stopped working after 4 days. 2 days after I got it the pulse mode stopped working and 4 days later the machine won’t start! Quite disappointed. I requested a replacement. Let’s see how that is. I’ll re-edit this post once I check the replaced machine. Stay tuned. Next segment: The new one came. Everything looked fine until it stopped working suddenly. Worse part was that it lasted only a few days past the return policy. Long story short I’m stuck with this piece of junk now. Ultimately I had to buy it from my local vendor so atleast my patient doesn’t suffer. Highly embarrassing for a doctor to give this out to their patients and it doesn’t work even a month!

Very good product and provides pain relief and at a cheaper price. Value for money and you will get return on investment in 10 days time. Its easy to use and the information sheet can be made little elaborate.

Getting issue with patches they are not sticking while i m using gel also. i am using it for neck pain so some one need to stand there and hold these patches.

This is a great product. I have used it for a month now with great relief. It's easy to use. The good thing was, the manufacturer called me and enquired about the product. You can believe and order the product.

Pain relief - Yes , tens is working and good with pain relief , very useful ...but mst is working with least result.. actually mst is not useful at all Don't buy if you are a clinical practionor , no issues if you are buying for home use Easy to use - yea it is easy to use Value for money - not at all , only tens is useful if so why you. Buy a combination if only one is working and effective ?
