Works like magic for urine retention issues
I rarely leave reviews, but felt this one was necessary. First off, this is NOT about BPH, so I can't address whether it works for that. My issue was urine retention, post-urination. No matter how much pushing, shaking, and waiting, there was inevitably a significant amount of urine left over that would come out eventually, leaving a big wet spot that sometimes soaked through to my pants. It started happening in my mid-40s and never stopped. I tried all sorts of tips and tricks, and even BPH drugs (that had bad side effects for me). I was looking for a natural solution and was pretty skeptical about flower pollen, but figured it couldn't hurt to at least try it. I was amazed, as it solved the issue completely, probably 95% of the time or more. I have been using it for more than 2 months now and signed up for the subscription. It's really somewhat of a lifesaver, as this was a constant problem that could become embarrassing very quickly. I honestly couldn't believe that it worked at all, much less how well it worked. The only slightly annoying thing is you need to take it twice a day, but it's worth the slight aggravation, in my opinion. So if simple urine retention is the issue for you, this is well worth a try!

Not very effective for me (but a great company)
I took this for a month and noticed no improvement in symptoms of urinary retention or urgency due to PBH. Unfortunately, not as effective as alpha blockers. If it helps some men, then I suppose some further study is warranted, but I know of no large, double-blind studies which have proved any usefulness beyond a placebo effect. EDIT: I received an email from the manufacturer offering a refund. In addition, I did notice some weakening of my urine stream after I discontinued the medication. Although it never seemed to reduce frequent urges, it might provide enough benefit to recommend its use for some people. And since the company will offer a refund if it doesn't work, I think it's definitely worth trying if you can't tolerate alpha blockers' side effects.

Surprisingly Effective
First off, shame on the US urology profession for not telling their patients about this. At my current age of 68, I've had BPH for about 12 years, with symptoms gradually getting worse. The three symptoms I have dealt with are: Post-pee dribble; urgency to pee coming on too quickly; and getting up at night too often. After one month on Graminex, here is my progress: No more post-pee dribble. Urine output volume going from an average of about only 6 oz, up to an average of about 10 oz, and often 12 oz, without any urgency. (And yes, I actually measured my outputs). Getting up at night has gone from an average of about 2-3 times per night down to about 1-2 times per night, depending on whether I drink water within 2 hours of bedtime. A research (titled White-Paper1 on the Graminex website), reviews research showing the following statistics for men using Flower Pollen Extract supplements like Graminex: Pain improved in 76.2% of men, disuria improved in 76.7%, nocturia improved in 92.9%, frequency improved in 63.3%, and discomfort improved in 80.8%. I think if this were a patented drug, it would be raved about and recommended by every competent urologist for men with mild to moderate BPH. If these improvement statistics are accurate, about three out of four men could have their BPH symptoms either greatly improved, or totally eliminated.

Best flower pollen Ive tried
My prostate is happier than it was with other brands. Less urgency, better control, better sleep. Of course, too much meat, dairy, sugat, salt at dinner reduces its effectiveness

This one didn't do it for me
I've tried many different prostate supplements, I wanted to try this one as it has the pollen ingredients I've not tried before. Unfortunately it didn't give me the same kind of results I usually get from more common saw palmetto and beta sitosterol based formulas. I'm assuming this sort of thing varies very much from person to person.

This product definitely seems to help
The Graminex Flower Pollen extract (cereal rye) definitely seems to help reduce my urges and needs to urinate so often. I used to have to get up 4 or more times each night to go to the bathroom, and i am pretty much down to once and occasionally twice per night. That alone is worth the price. I've recently also started taking Saw Palmetto to see if that will keep my urges reasonably contained. It's not been long enough yet to see if that helps. The flower pollen extract ain't perfect, but it definitely helps quite a bit. I'd recommend it.

Glad I Ordered !
Been taking graminex nightly for the last six weeks. It seems to be helping to reduce urges of bladder pressure during sleep time. Read somewhere that it may improve symptoms of BPH. Am using it in conjunction with palmetto and beta sitosterol. Hopefully the combination of these supplements will help me quit taking prescriptions eventually.
