They work! Double them up UNDER your inserts! :)
These work great. The inserts made with the metatarsal bump already in place are too thick for most of my shoes. These pads are a great solution. I put two of them (one on top of each other to make it double thick) under the insert in my shoes, behind ball of the foot, and they work perfectly. They help bridge the metatarsal bones upward a bit and take the pressure off of a Morton's Neuroma. I can wear my shoes again at a fraction of the cost for inserts for all my shoes.

Good quality
Work great and adhere to my insoles really well. Take your time finding the correct spot needed for you and will help tons. I even put them on the bottom side of my insoles to help make it a smoother feel in my shoe. Still helps out.

Works decent as pain reliever, pretty comfortable, but doesn't stick well
I got these due to foot pains, and walking in my sneakers had become almost unbearable. These foot pads have done pretty decently in reducing foot pain for me. In terms of pain relief and comfort, these have done pretty well. Not only do these pads make walking much more comfortable, but my foot pains almost completely disappear with them. The only slight downside is that they're a bit on the thicker side, which sometimes make my shoes a bit too tight. As far as adhesive goes, these foot pads stick to the soles pretty well, though sometimes when walking they slip off so the adhesive isn't as strong as I would have liked. However, they're pretty easy to reattach so it's not too bad. Overall, these foot pads work well. They do what they're supposed to do, and they're very comfortable and easy to put on. Only downside is that the adhesion is a bit weak. Overall, it's a decent product.

Not sticky enough
The stickiness allows for only one use. Great quality pad and thickness otherwise.

Where to place them
These work great if you get them in the right place. Take a lipstick and mark the the place behind your metatarsal bones, step on your insole with the lipstick and it helped me to see the place to put them.

Good flat pad
They seem to be a high-quality felt. They did not work as well as the skived ones for me for comfort. The adhesive back was strong and did not leave a residue on my foot. I think they’re a good value, the only drawback was the style for my own personal use.

I stuck these to the sole of my foot and was amazed at how instantly the pain of my 4th metatarsal was relieved. It took 20-30mins of trial and error to get the exact right size, shape, and location, ultimately a small egg shape about 50x25mm placed 10mm posterior to the sore metatarsal. 2 of these can be made out of each pad and you get 12 in a pack. I did a 6km run and was 100% fine. I left it on in the shower and it dried overnight and worked for the following 24hrs. The proof will be the marathon this weekend. Not sure if I will continue to stick to my foot or will try sticking to the insole but I'd imagine the glue would be quite damaging to the insole when you try to replace the pad because it's so strong. I'm hoping that after the marathon I can reduce the mileage and the need for these.
