I ordered two of these for me and my friend with laptops. They were due to arrive on the 4th of June but didn’t arrive even though the tracker had said they were handed to a resident at my address. Then next day, June 5th I found the package left outside my house just led against the door, anyone could have taken it but luckily I got there first. I tested both cooling pads and one worked perfectly and had no issues so I gave that to my buddy to use but the second one was making a horrible noise as if one of the fans was hitting something. After 20 minutes of taking it apart I found one of the LED lights was touching the big fan and making a knocking noise. I bent this out of place and all works perfectly now just a bit annoying I have to take it all apart before I could really use it. Over all product is nice, keeps laptop cool under heavy loads. Gone from about 95°C to just under 80°C so a nice gain. Shame about the quality control and delivery service.

Works really well and the mental fencing at the front helps it better then the other alternatives that offer a plastic front which heats up and does not cool as good as this

Everything was as described and worked superbly! Fantastic design. Came with the usb to usb end wire which is greatttt. Also gave constant cool air flow! It's perfect for gaming on a laptop as well , I went on for hrs and the temperature was normal at most which just shows how good this is .... obviously results vary from one laptop to another but I'd recommend this blindly.

Pretty solid for its price. No obvious structural problems or crazy noise. The side fans are much weaker than the central one, so depending on how your laptop vents are laid out on the bottom be aware of that. Not too thick, easily sits in your lap without issue. Only real problem is the laptop can slip around on the cooler as there isn't really anything to stop sliding. This will also be laptop dependent as yours may or may not have anti slip feet at different locations on the bottom of the case.
