Really nice and pleasant
I have to admit I bought coffee pods from this company a few months ago and didn’t like it but it was explained with an apology that that batch had a quality problem so I tried again and I’m well impressed. The coffee is lovely - nice and strong with a hint of caramel. Smooth and pleasing. Great value for money.

Quality coffee
Lovely coffee in pods that is suitable for our lavazza machine and less expensive than the original Lavazza coffee set order with great next day delivery.

Good value coffee pods
Work properly in my Lavazza machine. Flavour isn’t bad so good value product.

Nice coffee, half the price.
We like our little Lavazza A Mondo Mio machine a lot. We started with the genuine Lavazza pods but at the price we then shopped around. This coffee is different but no less enjoyable to our tastes and will make both an enjoyable espresso or a longer Americano style in a 250ml mug with a decent shot of milk. We buy both these and the red Intenso pods on bi-monthly subscription and use both according to mood. Very good.

VALUE
If you're one of those bearded tattoo guys in a beanie hat who wants the ultimate cup of Arabica before hopping on your fixie bike and heading to your job at a tech start up in Shoreditch, then this coffee is not for you. If you are a normal person who just wants some form of coffee to prepare itself at 7.05 am while you rinse last nights wine glasses and vow not to drink again until the weekend, then this will do you just fine. The Coffee tastes very much like coffee, black, coffee like, roasted sort of flavour. Is it as good as legitimate Lavazza capsules? Definitely not. does it cost a fraction of the price per cup? yes. Keep this in mind while drinking and this stuff will see you just fine. 10/10

Good substitute
Ordered this coffee with no small degree of anxiety as it is the first time of trying anything other than Lavazza originals. I needn’t have worried! The coffee tastes fine, although it doesn’t have a strong or pronounced flavour. We don’t actually enjoy strong coffee so it’s fine for us- next time I might try the Intenso to compare. The pods fit the machine easily and are certainly good value for the price. I will definitely be ordering again.

A Bargain Brew… from the Swamps of Disappointment
I picked up these Lavazza coffee capsules because they were cheap—and now I know why. If you’re after the rich aroma of a morning espresso, keep walking. These taste like someone filtered hot water through regret and compost. I gave them a fair shot. Tried a few different machines. Even tried adjusting my expectations. But every cup tasted like a sad puddle at a music festival. In the end, I did the only sensible thing: offered them to the bin, which promptly asked me to be more considerate in the future. There are 90 capsules now in landfill, serving as a cautionary tale. I saved money, yes—but at what cost?
