They average about 2 inches. A little smaller if they are in kneeling position. The top of the rifle is sometimes slightly higher, but the body of the figure is 2".

How many are included?

There are about 50 soldiers (give or take) for each country (USA, Great Britain, Germany and Japan) about 200, probably a few more... so I'd say 200-206??
