I have tried to find this product through the stores, but no luck. It helped a lot to my son who had a sleep problems. He is sleeping as a baby now. I do not feel a flavor. Value is great for the money paid. Thank you gor having this product in stock! Also, shipping was not so fast, but I it arrived within the deadline.

Okay, we vegetarians try to eat the right combination of foods to cover the amino bases. We also all miss sometimes, right? I mean, be honest. Even if you aren't vegetarian, you have that day you ate popcorn and snack food? There are a set of amino acids that your body can't create by itself, called "essentials." Miss one or more too long.... This supplement is my go-to for my "bad days," whether I'm being lazy, I'm sick, or I just don't want to bother counting. It's a great supplement. It has the balance of the the essential amino acids. In my case, there's another reason to insert this in my diet occasionally, in that my health requires some extra "building blocks" occasionally. So, here I have them. Really, the only downside of this is that it is a little more expensive than some other brands. Consistent quality makes up for the price. I've tried other products, and nothing else comes close to how my body appears to respond. And, of course, try finding something else that is labelled as vegetarian, soy free, gluten free, yeast free, sweetener free, preservative free. As with most supplements, there are warnings to consult healthcare if pregnant or nursing.

This is a good product and has all the amino acids needed for.building muscle. Good value for 90 capsules, it hasn't had an effect on my stomach as yet.I have plenty energy when I take them. You can also put them in your smoothy or morning juice. Kind of large pill for me to swallow.

I bought these because my 77 years old dad did not have much appetite after leaving the hospital for DKA and was not eating well. When he started taking them his recovery was faster. He tried to stop taking them but he noticed that his energy level was low. He now is taking them and wants to continue to buy them. Highly recommend.

I read the reviews and side effects, but since we were going to be going without meat and kicking our physical activity in to overdrive, I thought I would add this to our supplements. I took it for 3 days and had to stop because it gave me a headache that wouldn't quit. I am sure it's a good product, but it's clearly not something I will be able to take.

Debido a que la proteina no termino de digerirla bien me suelo apoyar en estos aminos en forma libre.
