Keeps the Oxygen away from your Freeze Dried Food!
Oxygen absorbers are necessary for your freeze drying needs. Price is good, too. Don't loose all that effort and money you put into saving food by not using enough Oxygen Absorbers. Better too many than not enough.

Works great
I was about to run out and found these for use in mylar bags. I found these were MUCH better than the other 300cc packs that I had been using. These were already warming up(working) in just a half a minute out of the pack and the mylar bags were sucked in much more than the other brand I had been using. These will be my go to OA from now on.

I'm a big fan of trying to keep things fresh - this is the latest in my "arsenal".
I've been using "Do not eat" (haha) dessicating packs for my chips, crackers, etc for quite a while, but when I bought some powdered eggs, they mentioned that 1) heat (put it in the fridge), 2) light (ditto), and 3) oxygen, are the things that deteriorate the food. Well, in addition to vacuum bagging, which removes most of the air, I toss in one of these OXYGONE packs and a dessicant pack - the stuff should keep almost as long - 10 years - as they say it will "in the can".

Hopefully these will work as advertised. It will take opening the package much later to ascertain whether they perform as alleged.

I used for freeze dried food, just what I needed & expected. Like having them in 4 separate packs even though 25 to a pack would be better for me.

These are well packaged, with indicators in the smaller packages. That way you know how fresh they are.

when u open the package u only have 30 min. to use these so i have placed them in a jar and sealed them so they will stay good. Did not know this before hand but they do work great.
