Well made, works well, quality product
Like just about everything from EKWB this is well designed and made, packaged to avoid damage and works for well. Compared to the stock backplate on most reference 2080ti cards, it’s thicker and has a better finish.

Amazing.
Amazing. Solid build and does exactly what a back-plate should do but with a sleek and bold look.

Slightly disapointing
For the price I was a bit disappointed[it didn't include the necessary hardware (longer screws are required to install this). And they weren't included in the waterblock.] Edit: thank to a comment below, the screws were sort of in a hidden compartment in the box. So I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars. No instructions are included, but are on the website. The tooling looked very rough for the price point. After getting the screws required and the piece installed, it looks fine.

Hope it works alright
I'll start by saying, I shouldnt have had to buy this. However the stupid EK waterblock for the 2080 ti is not compatible with the stock backplate that was solid copper. I HAD to get this for a backplate to be mountable without compromising the jntegrity kf the waterblock. Having to swap copper for aluminum is annoying. The main reason for my title, is that even though it hasnt gone into my loop yet, it only uses 4 pads(I purchased the appropriately sized thermal grizzly pads because the EK pads are junk), whereas the stock plate has 8 pads and had more parts of the board actually get cooling. So, mathematically, that is a less conductive metal and less heat being transferred to that metal it shouldnt be anywhere near as effective. We'll see.

This is totally my fault. It's a great back plate for the right graphics card
Amazon nor the manufacture is at fault on this - I am. I did not read the right up on the Amazon page. Amazon is a outstanding company, they had no hesitation/s in me returning this back plate. There was nothing wrong with the backing plate except it would not fit my graphics card - I ordered the wrong plate an come to find out the backing plate that was already on the card from the factory worked great with the water block I ordered.

Just what I needed to top off the water block!

No screws included, existing GPU screws are not long enough to go through.
