I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout. You can not get results without replenishing your bodies needs. This is where this comes in big time! It makes you have an awesome recovery time! I take a scoop right when i get up to get me going on a good start and then put another scoop to a gallon of water when working out! this is a great technique to get gains! The flavor is also awesome, even when adding one scoop to a gallon of water the taste is still delicious. A little bit about Legion- branched-chain amino acids (particularly leucine) stimulate protein synthesis, and might do so to a greater extent than a normal protein on its own. Legionalso increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis. Thus, Legion not only increase the rate of protein synthesis, but they also increase the cell's capacity for protein synthesis!

I love this, from my experience it does help my recovery. I found when I don’t take it I’m a little sorer and it helps regulate my energy better, throughout the day. From my own limited research I believe the doses of ingredients are in generous amounts and so an effective formular.

Previously used MyProtein creatine and in comparison this product is far more enjoyable, the two previous creatines I have tried specifically from that other brand seemed to clump easily and had a consistent bit of powder floating throughout the drink. With this product the flavour is really tasty and the mixture with the recovery supplements is great. Will be buying again, noticed strength improvements already.

This product contains an ingredient called ‘silicon dioxide’ which causes adverse affects on the liver and gut, I have just had a blood test result saying I have a problem with my liver that I never had before. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This supplement is easy to mix, and tastes nice. I believe it will contribute to your health after your workouts. The mix of the supplements should help build strength and endurance which helps in any physical activity. I have had no side effects of any sort with this product and will continue using this supplement in the future.

Good taste and nice ingredients. Doesn't desolve too nice in cold water so you need to use a shaker or add a little of warm water
