⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Chumbak Watches – Poor Quality & No Warranty Support
⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Chumbak Watches – Poor Quality & No Warranty Support I purchased a Chumbak watch from Amazon in September, and within just 5 months, the leather strap broke completely. This is unacceptable for a branded product that claims quality and durability. What’s even more disappointing is the after-sales service: • The watch did NOT come with any physical warranty card or guarantee slip inside the box. • When I contacted Chumbak for a replacement strap, they refused to help, stating that a warranty card is mandatory. • I clearly shared Amazon’s invoice and the warranty slip provided online, which should be more than sufficient proof of purchase. • Despite this, Chumbak flatly refused support. How can a company: 1. Not include a warranty card in the box 2. Then deny warranty service because the card is missing? This feels misleading and unfair to customers. A leather strap breaking within 5 months shows poor product quality, and refusing service despite valid invoice proof shows very poor customer ethics. I expected better from Chumbak, but this experience has completely changed my perception of the brand. I do NOT recommend Chumbak watches, especially if you expect reliable quality or customer support. Please think twice before buying.

Good quality, but belt quality should be improved
Watch look quality is good, it is noticable, but belt is not that much good, it gets tear from the edges and color also disappeared.
