Disappointed and a huge waste of money

Pros:- Customer service is helpful and friendlyCons:- Activation is extremely difficult and instructions are not straight forward- Is not accurate! It does not tell me when she is moving from one location to another but does tell me she is in a different town when she is sitting right beside me at home.- It wanted me to add two different apps. Neither work well and want me to pay for a monthly subscription.- Bulky on my 8 year olds wrist- Battery runs down extremely fast even when not usedOnce I decided to return the watch it was too late on the return. A huge waste of money.
