Product Description The Persuader Key holder is probably the most popular weapon of opportunity of modern times. Originally called the Yawara, then the Kubotan, and now "The Persuader", it is an excellent weapon for men, women, and children if the basics are mastered. There are many fancy techniques using the Persuader but this video concentrates on the moves that really count in self defense: the basics. Professor George Sylvain, a former police officer, teaches how to use the weapon of opportunity in easy concise steps that all can follow. Plus he talks about survival in the streets of a major city. Approx. 52 Minutes Full Color. Review Highly recommended for Shotokan practitioner -- Fighting Spirit .com Review: Idiots Guide - Well, the CD looks like it was made at home, and the quality is in my eyes very poor. The Instruction is very slow and very boring and one movement is shown from 4 different camera angles when really one would be enough for anyone with an ounce of sense in their head. It does say that it will concentrate on the basics, and by George, that is exactly what it does.....BASICS. Disapointing to say the least. Review: More foolish make believe - Well if these guys are to be believed, when you're attacked in a real fight, by more than one attacker, each of your attackers will hang on until you've dealt with his comrade, and each of these attackers will never use more than one attack and never end up on the ground. The physical ability of the instructors is beyond doubt, I just wish they wouldn't try to make people believe karate bunkia works in the real world. I feel this series is vastly over priced.
