I’m vegan and have been for many years, I wanted a reliable plant source of omega-3. There’s no horrible taste or aftertaste and they are easy to swallow. This is my 4 month of taking them. What I’ve noticed is, which is particularly important for me as I have fibromyalgia-my sleep has improved. I used to get 5mins or less of deep sleep a night prior to taking these. Within a week i noticed an improvement and after a month a was up to an hour. Now I’m 1.5hours so I’m feeling more refreshed. I have adenomyosis, after the 3rd month my periods were significantly reduced as was the pain and cramping. Generally I’m feeling better and my memory is improving sleep is better and period health has improved. I would highly recommend anyone to take omega-3 supplements especially if you have fibromyalgia or period issues. These are really convenient way to take everyday and offer good value for money.

This is the only omega product I've found I can tolerate. By that I mean the fishy taste and after taste. Even other algae ones leave a nasty taste of fish and a fishy smell too. I don't eat fish! Haven't eaten fish in over 50 years and just can't take the smell or taste. I don't know if it's the mint in this product that lets me use it but I have a feeling it is. I'm so glad I found this one!!!

This stuff is FANTASTIC cognitive support! I can literally feel and put words to the difference it makes in my day-to-day life. For as long as this product is available I'll continue to use it. No gross aftertaste of any kind, small and easy to swallow, natural, I take it on an empty stomach and it doesn't bother my stomach at all, and it's amazing for your brain!

Hab die Kapseln eben erhalten, leider ist der Geruch fürchterlich fischig, auch der Geschmack. Ich hoffe, dass ich nicht aufstossen muss denn dann sind alle Rezensionen hier nicht korrekt.
