How can you make good on this product?
The wires connecting the headlight disconnected after a few weeks, The cab is slightly angled and not seated properly. If possible,I would like to wait until after the holidays to have it repaired. I am not familiar with Bachmann's return or repair policies. In its present condition it does run very well, but could appear more attractive...

Very Unreliable
Stalls and sound cuts out even with freshly cleaned track. Very low pulling power, can barely move itself, let alone any cars. Instead of sound Bachmann should have added more weight.
