I bought the Helium Bamboo Socks after seeing all the hype, but honestly, they’re a huge disappointment. I’ve been using them for marathon training, and within a few runs, the toe area already developed a hole. The fabric is not durable as claimed. Definitely not worth the price, just overhyped marketing with poor quality. Wouldn’t recommend these to any serious runner.
