A little costly but healthy addition to meals. Tastes good.

Thankfully I bought this brand when I also bought another, to try both of them out. I tried another brand first and thought I wouldn’t be able to eat sardines. It had the spine, poop, and other gut stuff left in. But this one I was able to eat. It tasted better, smelled better, and was cleaner. I didn’t realize that all canned sardines weren’t prepared the same way when cleaning them since I’m new to eating them. I don’t know if these are fully gutted. I didn’t know to look for that when buying them and I don’t have the box anymore. But they are definitely cleaner than a different brand that left the poop and other gut material in. I’d buy these again.

Sardines are on the menu at our house. They are super good and have lots of collagen. So, if you have any joint/muscle issues - eat sardines. I love them on Wasa Crispbread, with a little mustard. Makes a perfect snack or a light meal.

These sardines are not skinned like other Morracan sardines. Seems to make them softer, but still good.

Quick and easy go to snack. Or I go all out and make a nice meal out of them.
