Let's start with the positive aspects. These socks come in the perfect size, providing a snug and comfortable fit. The quality of the materials used is commendable, and they did an excellent job of keeping our feet warm in the Icelandic cold without causing excess sweat. However, there's a caveat to consider. The socks have a somewhat compressive quality, which can be beneficial for some, but the issue arises with the tightness around the knee area. This tightness under the knee occasionally caused discomfort and even pain. It's worth noting that this problem wasn't isolated to just one user; my teenager also experienced the same discomfort. In summary, the Merino Wool Ski Socks offer some positive features such as sizing, comfort, quality, and warmth. However, the tightness around the knee area can be a concern for some users, leading to occasional discomfort.

The socks are well fitting and as described. Yet to try them out.
