30 inch Gas Cooktops Dual Fuel Sealed 5 Burners Gas Cooktop Drop-In Stainless Steel Gas Hob Gas DK257-A01 Cooktop

I ordered this 5 burner cooktop for a customer's replacement because their automatic igniter was malfunctioning on their old 4 burner. It was over 20 years old and just was worn out. I was amazed of the performance of the new cooktop, and the price couldn't be better. Only one note, the new cooktop did not come with a regulator and I had read mixed reviews regarding whether a regulator was required. I didn't want to take a chance that there would be flame-ups because of the variance in gas supply, so I installed the old regulator in-line from the old cook top and got lucky that it must have been compatible with the new cook top. It functioned just fine. I did not reduce my rating because it was my ignorance just assuming that a regulator would come with it because I have installed many cooktops over the years and this was the first time a regulator was not included. Works great Popped the old ge out, cleaned counter, applied caulk, dropped new one in Attached gas line & regulator before dropping in Comes with parts for propane too I like pushing knob down for the spark Very large to very small burners Great packaging

The design is incredible tons of compliments, but it’s a pain in the butt to clean little trouble with the burners and the lighting mechanism, but it’s a goodbye

This stove is very nice and was not to hard to set up. It took us a little bit to change out the gas lines but all was good. The stove fit great. The glass top is so hard to keep clean. I thought it would be a little easier - boy was I wrong! I’m doing a full clean everyday to make it shiny. I was able to find some covers that should be here soon, I’m hoping they will help. While it works great and I love the middle larger burner I do think I would’ve went with a stainless steel rather than a glass top. It’s a great stove for the price if you are okay with cleaning it every day or don’t plan to use much. Nothing is wrong with the actual function of the stove. Works great. Arrived in perfect condition. Looks amazing. My only complaint is how hard it is to keep clean with so many cooks in the house.

After my technician installed the cooktop, one burner does not start due to a malfunctioning igniter. Thought it shall be easy to get an igniter. Unfortunately no compatible igniter can be found from Amazon, Ebay and Googling. Call the seller, Amazon. They do not have manufacturer contact information neither. So the product cannot be supported, and leave you wondering whether the product is legally meet the safety standard to be sold in the U.S as well. When did it start for Amazon to become such untrustable seller to sell products without manufacturer contact information? I googled manufacturer "Deli-kit" no luck. I purchased this Deli-kit product because I trust Amazon, and Amazon is the seller for this product. Now, all of a sudden, Amazon does not have manufacturer contact information. The Amazon support team wants me to contact manufacturer by myself, however, I cannot find manufacturer information. Think about it. I strongly recommended others not to buy this product. Not to buy big appliances from Amazon. When did Amazon start to become such greedy merchant without considering its customer's needs? If you start to think about safety etc, you immediately feel scary. What if the stovetop has gas leak, who can be responsible? Amazon will tell you that they are not responsible, go find the manufacturer. But you cannot find the contact information of the manufacturer.
