Pen tips are very smooth

I bought it during the last big billion sale . Started using it now. To be frank the quality of item delivered was pathetic. The ink is continuously leaking from the tip making it spread across the writing pad/sheet. I have used this brand earlier, but not purchased from Amazon. my last experience was tremendous. That is the reason why I purchased it in bulk. I think the supplier was delivered Quality Control / QC rejected items.
