I was replacing one that was previously installed about 5 years ago. After years of the kids yanking it open and slamming it shut, it just fell apart one day. Hopefully this one lasts another 5 years or longer!

The media could not be loaded. As you can see, this door gets a lot of use (and abuse). So no surprise when the old knob failed. Luckily this set was a perfect replacement!Super easy install and everything works perfectly. -1 star for the little tool to re-key the lock missing from the package. Maybe it fell out in shipping? Either way, the ability to set the key to match the one we use for all the other doors was the top reason I went with this set. That and the price. So kind of disappointing.Overall great product. If you get all the parts it says it comes with, definitely 5 stars.

I got this to replace a worn out knob in the house that I'm renting. I was specifically looking for the rekey feature since I didn't want another set of keys and this worked out really well. Quick and easy to set and haven't had any real issues over the last few weeks. It is a little sticky using the rekeyed lock with my regular keys, but maybe that will work out over time. Not a big deal either way. Overall quality seems to be on par with any other regular knob.

Good quality and easy to install

It is easy to install. There is no plastic inside, and it is solidly built. I believe it will last longer than items with a plastic component inside the lock. Re-keying is a nice feature.

These are lightweight, easy to install and everything is right there in the box. Its packaging is nice. You don’t have to tear out of a bunch of molded I like the fact that you can change the key with the Intel key set up if you need to
