Japan made so its worth it my fav knife

Loved using this knife. It’s great for cutting sashimi, sushi, or anything else with fish. I don’t really use the knife for things outside those purposes since the knife is mainly made for those listed things. But it does it’s job really well and I can’t think of a better knife to have for the job.

Very sharp but too thin..

It's designed to fillet knife. That's why the blade is flexible. Sharp knife.

So DISSAPOINTED in material!!! The knife material was soooo THIN, I mean PAPER THIN!!! I made no attempts to cut anything in fear it would break! It appears the company spent more money on the packaging than the actual knife itself! This knife is a joke ! A bad joke! I cannot believe this company has actually legitimately sold this item to any other customer! Obviously I went on to another seller & bought an authentic sushi knife w/no issues.

Bought this as a gift for my friend who is running a sushi shop, she loves it!

かなり柔らかいので、つる首にならないように研ぐのはコツがいります なので短い割に研ぎ時間が思ったよりかかる 刃が薄いので巻き寿司とか押し寿司切るのはコレが一番です

長さと形で買いました。 ペティナイフだと短いのでもう少し…を探していたらこれを見つけて。 使うのはこれからですが…思った以上に柔らかいので不安です。 説明通りにしなっているのがいいのかもですが…
