My husband has had a major problem with gout episodes and kidney stones over the past several years. Been trying pills that will keep uric away. This one does! Don't take it when you eat something like you do with a tums. I took the pills for a few days and then ate bacon! I was fine! Kept taking them daily. Still fine after eating sausage! These are the pills to take!! I usually take them before bed. 3-8-23 - After noticing a rise in my heart rate, I noticed this item has green coffee bean extract. This is known to make your blood pressure rise plus other things. Stopped taking it immediately.

I bought these about a year ago when my husband started getting gout on a regular basis. I decided to look for a natural preventative instead of taking the prescription medication they put him on every time. He takes it everyday and has only started to get gout a couple of times. He took extra at that time and the symptoms quickly went away. So we can definitely say this has to be the cause of not getting gout any more.
