Perfection!
I bought these to make hot chocolate stirrers for Xmas but will be buying another bag as they have turned out to be so versatile. The chocolate melts very well with a smooth consistency and fluidity. The taste is beautiful, rich and full but not as bitter as a 70% chocolate so it works well for a variety of uses. As I mentioned, this time I melted and poured into moulds with spoons for hot chocolate stirrers - I found 80g of the drops was a perfect amount for a 200ml cup for a very rich drink. The chocolate melted into the milk quickly and easily. My chocolate snob husband was impressed with the quality and taste, I was impressed with the ease of use and the price point for the large bag. I think these will definitely be a regular purchase and I look forward to trying the other chocolates now too.

Resealable Bag is handy for keeping the Chocolate air tight.
Good quality Dark Chocolate. I have used Callebaut before of course many times over the years, as a Chef. The Chocolate is excellent, Callets make it so easy to weigh with no mess and perfect for melting with minimal effort.

Best chocolate..... Ever😘
Bought to melt down and use for chocolate ginger Make your own.. Seeing as the chocolate ginger i buy has become overpriced... Cheap chocolate... WHY?, 😢 Anywho Opened up the callebaut just now and tried a few Absolutely gorgeous Mocha flavour Not too strong it overpowers the chocolate The chocolate is rich smooth and without the mocha taste i would compare it to Bournville But not the junk.. Made abroad... Bournville Im talking english Bournville of the early 70's Im talking 1975 upwards when i was growing up..... Bournville selection box with hazelnut in dark chocolate My dad and i would fight for that piece of heaven Im dribbling 🤤 again Anyway Well worth the extra money Its a chocolate to be eaten slowly with a hot brew to wash it down Will definitely be ordering again 😁 MAGNUM ice cream bar £6 for 4 near me... Theve Gone smaller Gone more expensive Standard vanilla ice cream Using cheap CHOCOLATE to cover Why when we pay enough do manufacturers skimp on products As iv explained I use to get really really good chocolate ginger from shop My mum use to buy it me at Christmas birthdays And id sit there with a brew in heaven Last week went buying said brand of chocolate ginger Said brand i had been buying on/off for 20yrs Ginger good Chocolate(cooking chocolate) The stuff that leaves that waxy taste in your mouth and lingers even after 4hrs of consumption And goes white after a while when left at room temp in a paper bag What chocolate should go white? Brown👍 White😳 My question to all manufacturers out there is WHY? TRY THIS CHOCOLATE AND THEN COMPARE TO WHATS ON THE MARKET.... Let you decide
