Unfortunately as Amazon defaults to showing those reviews which are allegedly 'most relevant' rather than most recent ones, like other customers I was scared to buy this rug from the seller. Well Im glad I did. It arrived more swiftly than expected, dry, clean, sweet smelling and with no discernible creases at all, which considering its made the trip all the way from India was quite astonishing. The colour is lovely - sandy golden not orange, and no more stripey looking than expected. It's smooth and soft rather than rough to the touch and the dogs are quite happy to lie on it ( Salukis usually like their comforts and won't lie on a hard uncomfortable surface) so Id say its as good as Id hoped. It looks handmade and immediately felt like it had always been there. Cleaning is the only issue I foresee...this is a problem where ALL jute products are concerned, and is something you have to bear in mind.

It looks good on photos and I love it as a concept but is very messy in reality. It sheds small hairs as though you have a pet! It sticks to socks clothes and polutes the whole of downstairs. I don’t think I will be buying one of these again.

The product itself was fine. Clean mat. Well made. Lighter in color then I thought. As an orange tinge to the color of the natural rug. However, the seller itself was the major problem. This was the worst experience I have had on Amazon to date. Upon receiving my mat, I realized it didn't match my furniture and wanted to return it. What I thought was a simple process which I'm used to doing on amazon, turned out to be an over 5-week battle with both amazon and the seller. I didnt even realize I would have to deal directly with a seller based in India. The seller advised me to send them a picture of the mat. I had already repacked it so annoyingly, I had to open it again take the picture and send it (at the time not knowing why). Their idea was to ship it to a more local place when another person ordered it. Good, I thought. This will save me and them on shipping, win-win. It took weeks before this new shipping address could be sorted and sent to me and I was worried to go over my return date due to a seller issue. This should NOT have been put on me. But I waited. The seller gave me a courtesy of 10£ and wouldn't refund me the carpet price until it arrived at the new destination. So, ultimately I was counting on faith to receive my refund. But I sent it with tracking so it was to arrive next day. It tool weeks for the seller to refund me the full amount of the rug. In top of that, I advised them I had spent over 26£ on shipping and they refused to acknowledge this. It took another 3 weeks or so to get my refund and that was after multiple (around 4 or 5) calls to amazon to ask for my refund. Amazon itself was just as useless as the seller. They referred me back to the third party seller several times who couldn't form full sentences in their response. Extremely poor service on both parties. The third seller arrangement is extremely poor and almost made me boycott this platform because of how frustrating it was. I would give 0 stars for both the seller and Amazons customer service on 3rd party returns. Beware to buy from 3rd parties where Amazon seems to think it is ok to send us in circles just to get a simple refund.

I read mixed reviews about this rug. The rug is lovely and as described in the pictures. Lovely colour, well made and soft under foot. The rug is in my conservatory. I am very pleased with it. The shadow on the pics is from the lighting in my conservatory. I ordered the large square rug, it came quicker than expected.

Ordered this item during lock-down, though it took a while to arrive it was worth the wait. The Rug is absolutely beautiful and value for money. The colour is better than the photo has shown and you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much. I will definitely order from you gain.

This was a replacement for two much thicker jute rugs which had come to the end of their life. I love the large size and the creases caused though packaging soon fell out. It’s a great price and good to walk in in bare feet. I gave it 4 stars only because I have no idea how it will wear but so far so good. It reflects the light nicely and makes the room appear sunny and light. I would certainly buy again. It is getting quite light traffic in the bedroom so not sure how it would stand up to heavier footfall.

Efter beställningen fanns det en länk för att spåra försändelsen som var falsk. Varorna kom aldrig fram. Det kom inga svar på förfrågningar. Jag skulle aldrig beställa från denna leverantör igen. Pengarna återbetalades av Amazon

Bellissimo tappeto! Arrivato prima del previsto e in ottime condizioni, nessun odore e nessun difetto! Morbido al tatto ( ovviamente in linea con il materiale) e comodo anche a piedi nudi. Sottile ma non tanto da sembrare di scarsa qualità! Anzi! Colore bellissimo.
