Breaks after bake

I have been ordering sculpey since long but for the first time received clay which is very dry and it breaks after baking . I am professional artist I can’t use such piece so I will request seller to plz send the product which are perfect and durable .

I ordered Premo polymer clay when there was an offer. It's THE worst product I Hav ever bought online.. Clay is soo hard. Bad quality.
