Jury is out
This is a very professionally created bottle of glue created for a very specific job, which is creating an adhesive layer between 3D build plates and filament. It is pretty common practice amont many 3D printer enthusiasts to buy certain messy roll up stick adhesives by the case. I was eager to try out something that was specifically created for the task. The manufacturer packaging is excellent. There are custom foam blocks that cradle the applicator bottle inside as if it were a raw egg from a calcium deprived hen. The bottle is made with very good grade plastic and has a screw on dome shaped cap, which is substantially sturdy. Underneath the cap is a foam dauber type applicator. This applicator needs to be primed by turning the bottle upside down and pressing the foam against paper until a dot of wet adhesive appears before use. The adhesive is very thin and dries extremely quickly, and so the cap should be replaced immediately after swiping, and applied very tightly to prevent the adhesive from drying out. Inside the box is a little leaflet with brief instructions on the product's use. I applied some on my finger and it dried extremely quickly as i rubbed my finger and thumb together. And within another few seconds the adhesive pilled up and rolled into tiny crumb balls as I continued to rub. There is very little discernible smell. I've read existing reviews and quite honestly am fearful to apply this to my build plate. I have taken a trash tower and glued it to a dinner plate and peeled it off with that working okay, but it's not quite the same as going through the process of heating the bed and applying a hot PLA over the top. My husband read the other reviews and was adamant that I not apply this to my build plate. I will continue to try to figure out a reasonable test method without actually applying it to my working build plate. Perhaps I can apply it to a metal baking tray, put the trash tower on top and allow it to sit in a 200 degree oven for a while. I may still have a ruined build plate hoarded in my supples to test this on...or maybe my son has one... Research continues and I will update this review as I have discoveries. Until then, 5 stars as this product is sticky, thin, odorless, professionally packaged and labeled, rolls up easily from my fingers, has a magnificent applicator, and has coherent printed instructions. And, I do not have a current self-tested reason to remove a star. I want this stuff to work as I love the premise and the applicator.

Very Easy to use, sticks almost too good!
I am always looking for new products and ideas for helping my prints stick to my plates and this product didnt let me down. I have several printers and have tried stick glues and sprays and this system seems to be the easiest to use. It is a mix between a glue stick and a liquid. It has a liquid that goes on an applicator on the bottle that you can use to spread on the plate. This makes it easier to use than a stick, because you can see the product on the plate but isnt as messy as a spray that can get the glue on other parts with overspray. BUT, be careful because it works extremely well. You don't need a lot and use it sparingly. My first run I used a little too much and it worked so well that I couldn't get my print off the plate. SO one application goes through many prints. I have used it once and haven't used in again in several prints. Has a good price, comes in a great package, there is a lot of it and you don't need a lot of it, but don't use too much or you cant get your print off without damage.

Great Adhesion, Easy Application
Alright, so I have used glue stick for years, but glue stick is so hard to apply evenly across the build plate, and then it's hard to clean off afterward also. Because of that, I figured I would give something more specialized a chance. This adhesive is well thought out. It comes in a little box, and inside packed in foam is the bottle with a rounded lid. Once the lid is unscrewed, you can see the blue fabric applicator pad underneath. Just squeezing the bottle will not release any adhesive, which is great; to do so, you actually need to turn it over and press it against the build plate toput pressure onto the fabric pad, opening a hidden valve seal underneath. It's a smart way of making sure you don't waste any adhesive by having it ooze out, but the valve does stick up a little in the center of the pad. The adhesive applies very easily by rubbing the pad against a surface and because it wipes on you can apply it evenly across only the spots you need. There is a noticeable smell to it while applying, but it's not bad at all and once it dries on you can't really smell it. The adhesive dries on mostly clear and stays thin so a textured build surface like I have still leaves the texture in the print. For me, using PETG, the adhesive held very well throughout printing and offered comfortable resistance to removing the print once the build plate cooled. I have a removeable textured PEI spring steel sheet, so flexing the sheet released it without too much effort. The adhesive appears to stay on the actual print when removed, but isn't noticeable to the touch. The bottom surface of the print does have a little bit of a splotchy appearance after removing and cleaning the print, but to be fair to it I am testing the worst case scenario with its visibility on black filament and even then it is only slightly noticeable. I think I'll be saying goodbye to my trusty old pack of glue sticks and putting my confidence in this for future tough prints. I recommend it if you are looking for solid adhesion performance and easy application.
