Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Light, 120CFM 1.0 Sones, 3-Color LED & Memory, 10" Panel 7.5" Mount

The light is nice and bright, and the fan is quiet and moves a lot of air. Very happy with my choice and easy to install.

Easy install! Moves a lot of air! Super quiet. The picture is from the top. I am remodeling both bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs so the pic is looking through the floor upstairs to the downstairs fan.

Love this fan! The first one arrived broken, but the exchange was easy and so worth it. It’s super quiet (my favorite part!) and even comes with a bright white bulb. For the price, I couldn’t be happier!

I replaced my old failing bath fan with this unit. It moves pretty good air, noise level is about average and the light is bright enough. There are two things I would note about this unit, 1- it mounts from the attic side only, so if you have cathedral style ceilings or no way to access the fan from the top (back) side to mount it, there's really no way to install it. 2- my old fan had an inlet for romex to enter directly into the fan housing with a strain relief. Wiring connections were made and capped inside the fan housing itself. This unit just has a wiring pigtail sticking out of it. I had to buy and install an external junction box to connect the romex to the pigtail on the attic side of the fan. This is really my only reason for giving it 4 stars. Overall it seems like a decent unit so far, we'll see how well it holds up in the future.

The wiring is meant for two separate switches (one for light and one for fan) we combined them. Works well. The fan is so quiet, you cant hear it outside the bathroom.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:LED works great and is bright. Fan moves next to no air. I used a smoker to see and it just hovered around the fan. Took a shower and it was just as steamy in the bathroom as when the fan is off. If you want an LED light and noise this is it. If you want to keep steam off your walls and mirror bathroom mirror, go with something different.

This gives off great bright light, the fan runs quietly, and it was pretty simple to install!
