Great product! I add it to oat milk personally In a shaker cup (milk first powder second to avoid clumping) and it taste great better than a lot of alternative powders especially the ones with a lot of sugar. I dont use it every day so its a great value for me personally as I use it for meal supplement due to being unable to eat proper meals a lot of them time due to taking zepbound. Nutritionally I think its great the high fiber and a lot of supplemental vitamins I wouldnt normally be getting are awesome! Highly recommend!

Tastes great with A2 whole milk. With water, however, it doesn’t taste so good. I will buy again for sure. It has 25 grams of protein for me at 79 years old—plus fiber & vitamins.

I like this protein powder a lot. It has a good flavor to it and lots of added nutrients that are hard to find in a protein powder. I do wish it was priced more affordably though. The container is only a 14 day supply
