In January I gave this scooter a negative rating. We'll im back to retract my previous review. My husband and I initially thought the scooter was defected because we could not get the scooter to reach it's maximum speed. It took a neighborhood kid to show my husband how to switch from drive mode to speed mode. This scooter exceeds the speed limit. It actually reached 31 mph. We initially purchased the scooter for our son, but now he's decided to keep it for himself 😆 🤣. My apologies to the company. We obviously did not read the manual thoroughly. I strongly recommend this scooter. You will not be disappointed at all.

This e-scooter. Is great value for the money. Everything works as it should, made with quality materials! My son loves it and, uses it all the time. He has jad it over a year and still works great!

Good day, follow up after 1st spin around the block… **Before I left had to figure out psi for tires, not marked on tires, anywhere on manual or Seller site / FAQ … ck’d online and many recommended 30 psi for 10” tires … will follow-up with seller to confirm this and hope they add on their site for others… update 11.4.25, seller recommended 35 psi for the tires. I was initially going to get the GS2 but was not comfortable with the adjustable neck (height of handlebars) and folding handles. Fully charged when I left, after 15-20 miles of travel used up 3 of the 4 green bars (1 green, 1 red bar left). Took a few hours to fully charge bk up to 100%, then went bk out after dark. Light is decent perfectly aligned. Rear wheel came with 2 black caps for the exposed chrome bolts, **wish they added a 3rd for the bolt that’s exposed on the front tire. Careful when folding the scooter, if you do not hold the handle bars and let it drop you will eventually damage the led screen. **Kick stand should have been closer to the center of scooter, it will easily tip over if not careful. Overall, aside from the MINOR (**) things mentioned, very impressed as a whole and definitely worth the price! BTW, the free bag with all of the tools that may be needed when on the road is a nice touch and got Seller to the 5th star!

My 60 yr old has become a 20 yr old sine he got this. He is rejuvenated when he rides this after work. Definitely recommend.

THIS product is quite disappointing. I purchased this scooter just before Christmas during 2024. Just recently, My son’s Isinwheel S9 Electric Scooter stopped charging within 2 weeks ago. I submitted a request for warranty work/assistance. Mike, a representative advised me in the first email to send proof of purchase, which I did. In the second email, I was asked to send pictures and/or video of it not charging, which I also did. You would think at that point, they would send a return slip for me to send my scooter back to Isinwheel for warranty repair. What I received, from Mike, was an email advising me to take it to an Electronic shop to have the bat tested, the charging port tested, and charger tested. They want me to do their job for them as opposed to doing this themselves. I’m not opening the case if it’s under warranty. If the electronic shop messes something up, I’m sure it void my warranty. So this is their ideal of customer service. I’m not satisfied, and when I spoke up about this business practice, they have not responded. Beware from purchasing this product. You will likely not get more than a year out of it before running into issues.

For now I will give this a 4 star as the cosmetics of the scooter look GREAT! I will update this in 6 months to 5 stars if there are no issues with the bike. Stay toned... Also, I have a question.... Can this scooter be rode in the rain? Im afraid the charging port will get wet and malfunction. Nowhere in the manual does it speak on this.

I am so happy, I use everyday to go and back to work. The battery is durable.
