Fantastic Pre-Workout
This review is for the Orange flavored RAW Essential Pre-Workout Powder, just putting that since there are multiple products on the page. I am about to finish off my container tomorrow, so I felt like giving this an honest review. I have been pretty against pre-workout for a while after reading about some different studies and things that concerned me a bit. So, I set out to find a pre-workout that only contained the "safe" (as far as we know for now) ingredients with proven benefits that work. I didn't want some plant found in the rainforest that MIGHT give me a boost; I just wanted proven, safe ingredients that work. After looking around for a while, I found this, and boy, did it fit the bill for exactly what I wanted—well, aside from the sucralose, which I am kinda eh about, but I am taking the risk. The ingredients all have a purpose. The B12 is for energy production, and it helps improve energy and reduce fatigue. The sodium is to help regulate fluid to prevent dehydration and maintain muscle function. The L-Citrulline is for blood flow to help with fatigue and give those great pumps. The Beta-Alanine is to help with muscle fatigue and endurance. The L-Tyrosine helps with focus. Taurine is for endurance and recovery. Caffeine is a well-known one, of course, helping with focus and energy. And then the Himalayan Pink Salt also helps with electrolyte balance and minerals, and it can help with cramping. As far as caffeine goes, it has 200 mg for a single scoop, but you can double scoop for 400 mg. My pre-workout has always been a banana and some coffee, and I never drink caffeine throughout the day aside from that. So when I take this pre-workout, I can REALLY feel 200 mg of caffeine, and I get a huge boost of energy. I couldn't imagine double scooping; I might explode, BUT that is an option according to the label for someone who wants a crazy boost. Caffeine is funny, though, and some people have very high tolerances. If you are a very avid coffee/tea/energy drink enjoyer, you might take 1 scoop and go, "Eh, I don't feel anything." It's always different for everyone, but I can safely say I feel it when I do take it. I don't take it every workout, just some days when I really want that boost. Endurance-wise, it's made a pretty solid difference for me. I lift 5 days a week, about an hour to an hour and a half each day. Usually, with a banana and coffee and sometimes a carb mid-workout like juice or a Gatorade, I start to really slog at the end of my workouts. With this pre-workout, though, I really do feel the difference in endurance near the end. And, of course, at the start, I feel like The Hulk, provided I had a proper meal and sleep. On days when I have a poor meal before my workout or lack sleep, even this pre-workout won't fix it, so please don't go in thinking it will. It helps, but it's not a replacement for a proper meal and a good nights sleep. As far as the taste, I think it tastes amazing. I actually kind of wish they would make this into its own sports drink with the flavor because it's pretty good. It almost reminds me of Tang from the old days if anyone remembers that. It's very sour and tangy; it's great! I am excited to try the other flavors after finishing off the orange. Overall, I think this is a fantastic pre-workout at a reasonable price point for some great ingredients. I definitely recommend it!

Orange is the best flavor
I’ve been using the RAW Essential Pre-Workout (Orange) for the past 5 days and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The product arrived on time, well-sealed, and with clear labeling. My first impression was that the orange flavor was more natural than most pre-workouts I’ve tried — slightly tart but easy to drink. I usually take it about 20 minutes before my workouts, and I noticed a smooth increase in energy and focus without the jittery feeling. The beta alanine tingle is there, but not overwhelming. One strong point is how clean it feels — no crash afterwards, which I really appreciate. If I had to point out something, I’d say the powder clumps a bit if you don’t shake it well, so just make sure to mix it thoroughly. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want a performance boost without overdoing the stimulants. I’d recommend it for both beginners and regular gym-goers.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
This stuff is great. First off, it’s the first pre-workout I’ve ever used that truly dissolves. I bought the orange flavor and it legitimately tastes like orange juice with no pulp. It’s not overly sweet like most pre-workouts are. Second, it gives you energy and focus with making you feel jittery. You really just want to workout. I’m someone who has to drag myself to the gym and sometimes I’m just not feeling it, even once I get going. This really helps you focus and get through the workout.

Best Value Preworkout
As an intermediate lifter (around 3 years of consistent lifting while taking pre workout), I would say this is the best pre workout I've used so far. There's enough caffeine and beta alanine for a moderate stim pre workout, and there isn't much of a crash afterwards. The flavors are the best of any pre workout I've tried and it's reasonably cheap. Great product, just bought like my 6th tub from them. 👍

best tasting!
I've tried the CBUM Thavage Pre and always needed two scoops for the full effect of caffeine. Its good and gives you a great pump, but I need more stim. The CBUM Essential gives you 200mg of caffeine in one scoop, tastes great, and has the right amount of other ingridients you need to give a great daily workout. Also mixing with 5g of Creatine also helps give you an even greater pump or to get you through your cardio on the stairs. Overall this is the one I will stick with for now. It also is $20 less.

Delicious and Works!!
Love this stuff! The taste is wonderful and it is the perfect amount of energy for my workout. I would say I can feel a slight tingle but not itchiness. 10/10 recommend and will be buying more!

Clean energy without junk
I drink this every day, not as a pre-workout but just throughout the day. I like that it doesn't have a lot of junk in it and the caffeine is from a good source. It tastes great and it only makes me itchy if I drink too much at once.
