I've tried to grow grass in my back yard and it would grow then die within a month.I've tried this seed and it's growing like never before. Thankfully we have had alot of rain and I haven't watered it all.

Great seed with fast germination, plush soft texture grass with golf course quality feel.

Worked well for me, didn't grow that full but I didn't water it. Still did a good job growing though so I bought more.

I had to be very patient at first. It seem to take a while to sprout. But once it did it filled in very nicely. I use it as a border in one section of my yard and just let it grow tall. It looks amazing! I also use it as my main lawn and cut it every other week down to about three inches. It also looks amazing! Its a light thin green grass. Im buying more and can't wait to add it to the front lawn. Good Bye Kentucky Bluegrass and hello Kentucky Tall Fescue! I always thought it would be the other way around. High recommend Tall Fescue. I live in California near the beach and mountains. So its never too hot and never too cold. Clay soil, not sandy like one might think.

Grass grew fast and long, light green color. Don't know anything about this kind of grass, but 100% of it died and didn't grow back over the winter. I'm in Michigan. It was a waste of money. In the spring I had all my bare spots back. Nothing grew in the spring.

This is my go-to fescue, I have planted three different types of fescue in different places in my yard and this one has performed the best

The seed was great but it died. The company offered me a discount ,40 days later. They said I wasn’t within the 30 days so they couldn’t help me after fighting with them for a few days. They offered me a discount. Just let you know if it doesn’t grow and isn’t good in 30 days. Just letting people know if it doesn’t grow and it goes yellow call them and get a replacement or a refund because it will die. !!!

Followed instructions and it started growing in two weeks.
