It's very very good

It's ok but doesn't quite do what it says & expensive for what it is. I bought it because it talks about it having a built in sharps dispenser, however it doesn't dispense anything, it's really a compartment that you pull out, however if you pull the compartment out too quickly or too hard (as it's a bit stiff) or the wrong way up, your needles fall out. What do you do with your used needles? put them back in of course... but then they fall out too. Not a great design. I have another insulin travel case which was half the price & has 2 sections - one for new needles, one for your used needles, a little compartment for pills & a clip for my insulin, that isn't much bigger than this one & is much better for travelling. I wouldn't want to use this on a plane or public transport as I'd end up crawling around on my hands & knees trying to find clean & dirty needles that had fallen out. It's ok for work as I'm stationary at my desk. I wouldn't buy another if I misplaced it.

It is a great design in so much it's not bulky and great for pen prefilled pen and 4 needles. Is it worth £22, absolutely not, but it will serve a purpose for a long plane journey coming up. No, its not insulated and it doesn't say it is, it's not its purpose. This suits 'Room Temperature' needed for a pen in use or to be used

This insulin cooler is so compact & easy to fill with your needles all tucked in the side and ready to grab & use. Love the lilac color. Keeps everything safe & close at hand. The needles slide into a little ridge to keep them from falling out. Great device to keep your insulin pen & needles safe and together. Love this!

Es un estuche bastante practico y resistente, no es un sistema de enfriado pero si es muy util para proteger la plumilla de insulina, me quedo muy satisfecho con la compra

Excellent product! The prescription pen is held securely and doesn't rattle. The needles are quite secure though the used ones tend to come out when the needle dispenser is pulled out. I guess the used needle has less packaging and doesn't fit as securely. I didn't notice the "cooler" aspect.
