Bought these to replace some previous Sketchers, they are quite wight across the top of the foot, just hoping they will soften and break-in! Went for these with hopefully a better sole, lets see if 'Good Year' come to Sketchers rescue, as previous models of shoe were far too soft, with too little support, causing 'plantar fasciitis' issues. The raised 'Gogamat Arch' instep looks the part, but it's still too low and very soft, so it looks like it's providing support, but really it's not and unfortunately you can't remove the insole and replace it with a proper one.

I have slightly off sized feet so getting shoes isn’t always easy., I am usually a size 9 but with these I was more comfortable in an 8 so with trying on before you buy. That said these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn so will be sticking to sketchers from now on 👍

Having had a replacement hip in June, these have been a Godsend. Super easy to put on and take off. No shoehorn needed, looks great, feels great absolutely perfect fit.

Great shoes for my husband who has mobility issues.

As someone with foot "issues" I am increasingly finding "normal" shoes almost too uncomfortable to wear - the issue is a hammer/claw 2nd toe next to a big toe that insists on gradually moving over its neighbour.....so extremely painful compaction increasingly a problem. (Too much information - sorry). So, finding the Skechers extra wide fit slip on was a bit of a gamble......and how lucky am I that it appears to have paid off. Shoes appear well put together, the width is excellent, the soles are just right for country lane walking and the shoes - as with most of the Skechers offerings are, or appear to be, very good value for money. I might even be able to walk normally and without pain. Very pleased customer.
