That it works
These things are great. They truly work. Usually after no less than 2 days the spots are gone.

Doesn’t work. Gets on your pillow case. Moves around.
I prefer hanhoo brand over these. These yes to brand ones don’t stick well even when following instructions, they would slip and move in my sleep and now my white pillow cases have what looks like red and black nail polish on them. It wouldn’t diminish the pimple or zit any. Wouldn’t soothe the redness even. The color would just be painted on your face and no contents of the zit would be on the patch. Waste of money. Buy the cheaper hanhoo brand that actually works.

don't store in the bathroom and it works great!
It's super important not to store this product in a bathroom in which there is a shower or bath, as steam can cause the stickers to disintegrate and/or not peel well. Store in a cool, dry place and they are very easy to use, quite effective as well.

My favorite
Can’t find these in store anymore but are my favorite at pulling the gunk out of my pimples !

Not worth it but do work
I ran out of the Avarelle patches I usually use so I picked these up at WalMart. They're not as "easy" as just sticking them to your face since you do have to wet the pimple and then peel the acne patch off the sheet with DRY hands and hope your skin is damp enough for it to stick. It took wasting 2 patches before I got the third and forth ones to stick properly which was a bit annoying. It's also a 24 count pack which I don't think justifies the learning curve to using these effectively. They're also VERY not subtle, they're literally black and red dots. I tried the patches out for a few days on some hormonal acne but wore them before bed. When I went to remove them in the morning it was a goopy, sticky mess when I peeled them off. However, they did reduce the redness and size of my hormonal acne so they do work and whatever residue's left can easily be rinsed off with warm water. If you want something that works and you don't mind the stickiness, they work. If you want something more subtle and easy to apply, these are not it. Some of the ingredients in these patches do help with treating acne, but it's not worth purchasing again. I use the Avarelle acne patches and have heard good things about Cosrx's acne patches. You also get way more patches from both and the packaging is re-sealable. If you don't like these, try those products instead.

Great
They are not sheer but they definitely get the job done! I used these and it sucked all the goop out of my face and got rid of the zit!

Dots don’t work at all
I saw this one TV, being used by a TLC “reality celebrity” and thought why not give it a try? It’s a really good deal price wise, however, the dots won’t stay on the skin and it didn’t do anything to the pimples. I have occasional ones, sometimes 2 or 3 at the most, due to having rosacea. I thought it would help make them smaller or disappear, but nada... it was a waste of money.

Work great and easy to use!
These totally worked and weren’t hard to apply. Not sure why all the poor reviews. I just washed face, wet area with witch hazel, dried hands, and applied sticker. Two nights on a bad zit and one night on a smaller one, and they were nearly gone. Have not experienced any melting or difficulty removing stickers, but if so I will try the refrigerator advice from another reviewer. Much better than any other spot treatment I’ve tried in my life. Also using these while pregnant since ingredients sound safe (not a a judgement I researched or read extensively about).

Sorry tomatoes I like your line but these are terrible. Was extremely difficult to peel stickers off when I first opened the packet. Tried to give them a go again the next day and couldn't peel them off at all. No matter how carefully I tried. Put water on the area as directed and they still barely stuck. Next day they had smeared all over my face and I saw absolutely 0 results. Complete waste they will be going in the trash.
