Recommended. Have tried so many collagen products but they clump and go lumpy in hot and cold liquids. This does not clump or go lumpy it blends to nothing - I put it in my chocolate coffee every single day! Non gmo, all natural, BOVINE - therefore no good for vegans and vegetarians
