Do not use this product if you're going outside you might be caught in embarassing situation as once it start working you have to run to washroom. It gives kind of stomach cramps and kind of lose motion but that's ok as it is supposed to work like that for body detox. My body feels much lighter after having this. My friends says im looking more slimmer now.
