Purchased Mar'22. Apr22: It is a good product. Very convenient to use. For now I didn't see any challenges with the heating & so on; have been using it since a few days now, for my back and leg pain. Have my doubts about the cable wire durability though. But overall i think it is a good buy. Will definitely update in case of any issues after a few months of use. Update June'22. Heating stopped. Reached out to JSB customer support. Amazing turnaround after listening to my issue. A big thumbs up for their service. Update Sept25 After 3 years of consistent use the cable burnt, so I have ordered another directly from their website... Been a huge plus during cramps, any back/leg pain etc.

Soft and flexible. Fits snugly around painful area. Heat level selector works good. Good product. Would recommend to buy

the product is good, three settings, with light indicator, mild heating, before I used flamingo, it worked three years, now i made a purchase this one, all is same in use, no difference I find this one little fluffy in compare of thickness of pad.. all good, except heating pad cover have rust spot, it's sellers part. under warranty, i write to the company for a cover replacement. AS ON 13 -09-2017 add on of customer care JSB : excellent experience quick response of e-mail and problem resolved with a shipment of new cloth cover. thanks to CC UNIT OF JSB

It is the cheapest quality you can ever think of. I requested for return and refund but it got placed as replacement which i never asked for. I further cancelled the replacement and waited for an update. After a long wait of almost 3+ weeks I had to contact amazon. They helped me issue a return without troubling me with questions. Hopefully it should now be done. Don’t ever think of buying this one.

This is a personal opinion, but I recommend purchasing and trying the product yourself. In my experience, the current product did not meet my expectations. Despite being a loyal customer of this brand for many years, I had to return the latest purchase/model due to safety concerns and noticeable differences. The current product is smaller in size compared to previous purchase and is made of cloth instead of plastic. Hence, no separate washable cloth cover given. The texture is not as soft as some users have described, but does feature a faux fluffy/furry lining. The cloth material makes the livewire joints/linings in the pad more noticeable to the touch, which raises concerns about potential shocks, wire malfunctions, or breakage. Unlike previous model and other brands, this product now comes with a small metal ring in the cloth/pad where the wires emerge. When the pad is turned on, it heats up. While the appearance is decent, it lacks a elegant touch. Temperature is easy to control and quick to heat up.

Easy to use with good performance

The size is as advertized. The velcro straps are...generous to say the least, and very sturdy. The pad heats up pretty cool. The controller dongle is a bit tacky tbh. Hopefully it doesn't get squashed if someone mistakenly sits down on it. The rest is just physics I guess. Works fine!
