Very sharp, please use 1.5mm with caution specially if you are already used to 0.5mm because then you may get careless but trust me this is very different than 0.5 or 0.75mm. Product is great you get proper needles not those slant cut metal pieces.

The product is decent. Don't dip in warm water, it'll get jammed and become useless.

Good razor sharp blades. Much better than cheap derma rollers. Only problem is that there's no grip on the handle. It slips in the hands while using...

I found this to be a good product for the scalp. In my experience, it is relatively less painful than the 1.0mm version of the same as well as couple of other brands I have tried. Possibly the needles are long and sharp enough to achieve required penetration and this reduces the need for applying extra pressure. The only issue I've had is with the curved handle. It takes some practice to keep it aligned to the skin all along the surface of the scalp. I have used the product multiple times. My experience is that the needles remain sharp for relatively longer than others I have tried. However, I believe the product is marketed for single use only, as are most derma rollers. If you choose to use it multiple times, you must do so at your own risk with measures to guard against infection.

It is recommended to wash it by dipping in boiling water. But this can't sustain boiling water.made from cheap plastic. Got bent out of shape after third use. Money well wasted.
